Delivery fees

Lagos Mainland and Island fees are shown in checkout before you submit your order. Same-day Lagos and outside-Lagos deliveries are quoted separately through WhatsApp. For those options, the checkout amount covers your items; delivery is agreed separately.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Payment receipts are reviewed manually. Stock is reserved when payment is confirmed, and you receive an email update.

Delivery estimates

• Lagos: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Outside Lagos: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates and may vary by location or courier. Need an item by a particular date? Please contact us before transferring payment. Selecting same-day delivery requests a quote and does not guarantee a same-day arrival.

Cancellation before dispatch

You can cancel for a full refund before your order is handed to the courier. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference as soon as possible.

Cancellation after dispatch

Once your order has been handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. Contact us to discuss your options under this policy. Any unrecoverable delivery costs remain your responsibility unless the shop made an error.

Change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This does not affect cancellation before dispatch or help with damaged, incorrect or missing items.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order reference and photos where applicable. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or other resolution.

Refunds and return arrangements

For help with a refund or return, contact us with your order reference. Ask us to confirm the expected refund date and any return-delivery arrangements, including who pays, before sending an item back.
