How do I place an order?
Add items to your bag, complete your delivery details, transfer the amount shown to the account at checkout, then upload one or two clear payment receipts and submit. Keep the order reference you receive.
Is my payment confirmed automatically?
No. The shop reviews your receipt manually. You receive an email when payment is confirmed, and you can check your order status using your reference and checkout email.
How much is delivery?
Mainland and Island fees appear at checkout. Same-day Lagos and outside-Lagos delivery fees are agreed separately on WhatsApp. Read about delivery and returns.
Is a book hardback or paperback?
Open the item and check its item details. If a format or edition is not specified, please ask us before paying.
I cannot find the item I want.
Use the WhatsApp button on an empty search, or message us with the title, author or a picture.
My submission is taking too long. Should I pay again?
Do not make another transfer just because the website is slow. Retry the existing submission or use “Check previous submission” if it appears. If you have a reference, check its status. Contact us if you are unsure.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel for a full refund before your order is handed to the courier. After dispatch, cancellation is no longer guaranteed; contact us to discuss your options under our policy. Any unrecoverable delivery costs remain your responsibility unless the shop made an error. Read the cancellation policy.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This does not affect cancellation before dispatch or help with damaged, incorrect or missing items.
How do I report damaged, incorrect or missing items?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos where applicable. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or other resolution. Read the delivery and returns information.
