What we collect and why

At checkout we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details, notes and uploaded payment receipts. We use these to review your transfer, contact you about your order, arrange delivery and resolve order enquiries. Please upload only the information needed to verify payment.

Services that support the shop

The website is hosted by Vercel. Order records are stored in Neon, receipt images are uploaded to ImageKit, and transactional emails are sent through Resend. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts. These services may process data outside your country. Delivery partners receive the contact and address details needed to deliver your order. If Telegram order alerts are enabled, the shop also receives your name, order amount, delivery address, order reference and phone number in its designated Telegram chat to process your order.

When you choose a WhatsApp or social link, that service handles the information you share there under its own privacy terms.

Storage on your device

Your shopping bag, saved items and floating bag button position use your browser’s local storage. A pending checkout is stored in the current browser session so a slow or interrupted submission can be recovered without creating another order. It is removed from that session after successful confirmation. Closing the session or clearing browser data can remove pending recovery information.

Order lookup and access

Checking an order requires its reference and the email used at checkout. The lookup shows its status and dispatch information; it does not return payment receipt links, your address or your phone number. Printable order documents also show the customer name, purchased items and recorded amounts. Keep your order reference private. Shop administrators can view the order information needed to process purchases.

Retention and requests

Order and receipt records remain in the shop’s systems until removed by the shop; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Contact us to ask about access, corrections or deletion. We will review the request and explain any records that need to be retained for unresolved orders or bookkeeping. Rate-limit records and limited technical logs help protect the service against misuse.
